Mission

Phoenix Dignity Project empowers every person, regardless of background or circumstance, by creating pathways to dignity, belonging, healing and human connection through community-centered support and care.

Vision

We envision a community where every person feels seen, valued, and supported and where access to dignity is not determined by circumstance, but recognized as a shared human right.

Values

These values guide how we show up, how we partner and how we make decisions, especially when resources are limited or choices are difficult.

Dignity First
Belonging over Barriers
Community-Led Care
Healing Thru Connection
Integrity

Phoenix Dignity Project empowers people by meeting immediate needs in ways that preserve dignity and build connection. We do this through community markets, dignity kits and volunteer-led outreach that meets those in need where they’re at.
